INFORMATION
PICK UP
We offer store pick up for online orders. In most cases your order will be ready same day or the next day we are open. Please keep our store hours in mind when organising a pick up as this can only be arranged within store open hours.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free local delivery to Kyneton residents within a 5km radius of our store. Orders placed before 3pm are usually delivered either that same day or on the following day. If there is a delay beyond this, we will reach out with an update.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please list a home or business address and ensure there is a safe place to leave your delivery if the address is unattended.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders of $150. For orders under this amount, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 standard or $15 express. You will received tracking information via the contact details provided at the checkout.
RETURNS

Should you receive a faulty item, please contact us straight away.
WEAR & CARE
Please follow the care instructions on your clothing carefully. You will find this information on the product page and on the item itself.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If the item you'd like is out of stock, please get in touch with us as we may be able track it down for you. Please email hello@easystorekyneton.com with the brand, style name, colour and size you're after and we'll do our best to track one down.
GIFT CARDS
We can provide either digital or physical gift cards.
If you are purchasing a physical gift card online, this can be collected from our store within our open hours. If you require postage on your gift card, please reach out to us directly via email hello@easystorekyneton.com and we can arrange this.
For digital gift cards, these can be emailed either:
- Directly to the recipient via the information provided on the Gift Card page (once you've ticked the 'I want to send this as a gift' box)
- Sent to you only if you do not tick this box to the email provided at the checkout.
